RETURNS
Here at String Theory we are dedicated to providing amazing used guitars, along with excellent customer service. However, we know that sometimes things don't quite go to plan. With this in mind in mind, we offer the following returns policy.
We offer a 14-day no quibble returns policy.

This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If there is a fault, we request evidence of the fault (photos or videos) so that we can evaluate the issue and potentially help put it right. Your item must then be received by us in the same condition that you initially received it. Any damage incurred during return transit will affect the refundable amount.

As a purveyor of used items, there will be wear and imperfections. Further pictures and condition reports are available for each item prior to purchase, as mentioned in each listing and there is no substitute for popping down to the shop and viewing the guitar in person. Returns cannot be accepted on any other basis than those mentioned above
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
We will not accept any returns if modifications or adjustments have been made to our items. Our equipment has been professionally appraised and worked on and any further work beyond ours invalidates any possibility of return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We cannot be held accountable for any banking or credit card delays.
