Since 1951, the Precision Bass has been shaking floors around the world on stages manned by bassists as diverse as Dee Dee Ramone, Sting and Iron Maiden's Steve Harris among countless others. Famed for its punchy tone and comfortable styling, this "Funk Machine" as described by Motown's James Jamerson is one of the most versatile and iconic instruments ever made.
 
A classy axe indeed this, it features a solid tonewood body, an accomodating, arrow straight maple neck, quality hardware and punchy split coil pickups. It's also offered with a practice amp from Watson and a quality gig bag.
 
This bass is offered in good condition for age with only minor wear.
 
It has also been treated to a String Theory service that includes fretboard treatment, action setting, electrics check and a deep clean.
