Superb Ibanez Soundgear SR600 bass guitar with deluxe fitted hard-case.
 
A bass of superb quality here. The "FC" serial number designates Japanese body and components, with a Korean neck. This bass being made during the transition between Fujigen and Cort factories. As you'd expect, this bass features a host of professional-grade appointments including a sculpted ash body, bolted to a jatoba and bubinga neck with a 24-fret rosewood fretboard, replete with abalone oval position markers.
 
Components include a pair of Bartolini MK-1 pickups, an Accu-cast B20 solid bridge with 19mm string spacing, a Bartolini MK1 3-band equalizer, and Ibanez die-cast tuning machines. Controls consist of a volume, balancer, and separate treble, bass and, mid boost/cut controls.
 
This is a serious machine, and with an RRP of £600, it represents a considerable saving.
 
This bass is offered in fair used condition owing to one ding to the upper horn. Besides this, it's cosmetically good. Electrics are fully functional with some slight crackle to the knobs on the turn.
 
The fitted hard case is offered in good used condition.
