A machine to rival any of the major league chuggers, this is a guitar that truly embodies Kramer's ethos: 'Made to rock hard.'
 
With its origins in the smoke and haze of the late 1970s heavy metal scene, Kramer guitars grew to become one of the most iconic guitar brands of the '80s and became the guitar label of choice for many of the era's great players. Since the '90s, Kramer has settled snugly under the wing of Gibson.
 
Under Gibson's stewardship, the current crop of Kramer guitars are fabulous additions to the Kramer story and this Assault Pro is a gem among them.
 
It features solid mahogany construction topped with flamed maple beneath that gorgeous deep burst finish. The power is provided by two iconic Seymour Duncan zebra humbuckers. Namely the 'JB' at rhe bridge and a juicy JN at the neck. These are wired to individual push/pull volume pots offering a huge range of tones. Anchoring things solidly is a Floyd Rose 1000 series trem, with an R2 1000 locking nut. The iconic reverse headstock is lined with quality tuners. Completing the package is a 24 jumbo-fret maple fretboard affixed to a gloriously shallow profile mahogany neck.
 
This guitar is offered in immaculate condition. Moreover, it has been treated to a full set-up that includes fretboard treatment, action setting and a full electrics check.
